Yes, you can hand wash the radiator brush with a soapy water, rinse then allow to air dry
Well it does depend on the size of the vents, we have made the radiator brush with a generous microfiber filling, we have found ovre the last 20 years with this product that it will fit the vast majority.
Some radiators have a protective grill, this would need to be removed to allow access to the vents.
If these can't be removed, we do sell a slim goat hair radiator brush that will get through most grills.
That it will, by removing the dust accumulated you will make the radiator more efficient, as you won't be heating up dust, also you will remove the opportunity for the dust to spread around your home, keeping the air cleaner and free from dust
